Thresh Hold’s GM – Doug Dickens

We’ve been using Redpoint for a little over a year and have had great success with it. In our opinion, just the management end of the software is worth the cost. Our setters efficiency and communication with the head setter has been simplified and enhanced using Redpoint. We have more control over the quality of the routes as well as the management. The setters use it everyday, before and after each route they set. They love it!

Customers have loved the software as well. We have many occasions when people choose to climb at our gym over our local competition because of the usefulness of Redpoint for them. It allows them to view and track their progress as well as stay updated with the gym and routesetting. Through making suggestions and rating their favorite climbs, they feel more a part of the setting team and process. It has created many more “core” climbers at the gym because they feel more involved. We have over 800 customers registered and on average we have 200 a week that login.

Overall, Redpoint has been a great success for us. I feel the $99 a month at just the cost of 2 members a month is more than worth it for the amount of members that will sign up because of its usefulness and the improved setting.
